Thai-Style Red Curry Pumpkin Soup with Prawns =-)

My little man loves potato and leeK. But i use shallots instead because they’re not as strong in flavour for his little tum. Also mum’s pumpkin soup. So chunky and delicious.

a couple of our fav’s are spicy lentil soup, just adjust the spices to suit the age, curried cauliflower soup and of course pea and ham!

Does anyone have a nice tomato or tomato and capsicum soup recipe?

yes a nice tomato soup recipe would be nice…store brought cans are so full of salt and sugar!

Bacon, tomato and Risoni is a good quick one to make, very tasty!!

buy a bbq chicken – take meat and skin off (chuck some of the skin out). Chop up meat and skin.
Fry onion and garlic in oil in a large pot. Add stock (vege or chicken). Add a few handfuls of angel hair pasta
Add chicken , fresh parsley and pepper and turn off heat – this heats up the chicken but doesnt cook it

This is just basic – you can elaborate as much as you want
