This week was a bit different to a normal week. I had a massive photo shoot on Monday to prepare for a new Entertaining ebook that will be released in November for Christmas and New Year, sponsored by D’Orsogna. Without my lovely sponsors it wouldn’t be possible to bring you some of the great new recipes and giveaways that I do.
The remainder of the week was pretty standard work and meals wise.
SUNDAY: Father’s Day Pork Roast with Cauliflower Cheese, peas and gravy.
MONDAY: Leftovers from the D’Orsogna Photoshoot
TUESDAY: Leftovers again (yes I did really cook that much), the kids had a 5 minute Creamy Tomato Pasta made with sauteed mushrooms, shallots, ham, egg noodles, passata and cream.
WEDNESDAY: Homemade Hamburgers
THURSDAY: Beef and Broccoli Black Bean with Noodles
FRIDAY: Homemade Pizza
SATURDAY: BBQ Steak with Salad and Chips

BREAKFAST: On Wednesday night while dinner was under control I made up a serve of overnight oats in a jar. I used mixed frozen berry blitzed with yoghurt and milk, added quick oats and chia seeds in placed in a jar overnight. It was lovely waking up to breakfast made on Thursday morning.
