I’m starting my meal plan from today as I do my grocery shopping on a Friday but you can move the days around to suit your family schedule.
I have only planned dinners as breakfast is either toast, porridge, fruit and yoghurt each morning, and lunch for me when I work or I’m at home is leftovers or a simple sandwich and the boys have sandwiches or usually just graze all day.
FRIDAY – HOMEMADE PIZZA
SATURDAY – BBQ – Rump steak, potatoes sliced thinly on BBQ and salad.
SUNDAY – ROAST in the slow cooker, vegetables in the oven.
MONDAY (WORK DAY – home 1 hour earlier then normal)- APRICOT CHICKEN
TUESDAY – HIDDEN VEGE SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE
WEDNESDAY (WORK DAY) – BBQ – Pork Chops with oven chips and salad
THURSDAY (WORK DAY) – LEFTOVERS – Hubby is working at night so it’s just the boys and I.
