Warm Creamy Bacon and Cheese Dip

Warm Creamy Bacon and Cheese Dip

There is something about a homemade dip that I love.  I’m not if it is the effort the person has gone to to make it or that I am know I am in for a lovely surprise when I dip into it.  This dip is both of those.

I am using D’Orsogna Premium Short Cut Rindless Bacon to add that delicious bacon flavour throughout the creamy mix.  The lovely surprise you get when you dip into it is the stringy mozzarella grabbing onto the carrot stick making you just want to get it into your mouth.

A little warming, this dip is addictive and probably not good for the hips so only make it when you have a bunch of friends around to share it with otherwise you may find yourself devouring the whole thing in no time.
