I am going to miss the Summer fruit this year as it slowly starts to make its way off the shelves as the weather slowly but surely cools down. I stumbled across this smoothie combination when I was finishing off bits of cut up fruit for the week. Red papaya and yellow peaches along with milk make a deliciously naturally sweet and thick smoothie that will have you craving another one.
While you can drink this as a smoothie you could also pour it into ice block moulds and freeze for a healthy cold afternoon snack.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 Red Papaya, chopped
1 Yellow Peach, seed removed and chopped
1 Cup Milk
LET’S PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
1. Place all the ingredients into the cup of a personal blender like the BlitzPro and blitz until smooth.
Add a straw and enjoy or pour into ice block moulds and freeze until set.
Serves 1 smoothie or 6 ice creams
