My friend and mum to 3 boys Kendall sent me through this recipe over the weekend to share with everyone. I have never tried spaghetti squash but had seen photos passing through Instagram of it. I still don’t really know what the vegetable is, so when Kendall sent this through I was excited because finally it had a use in a household with children.
Spaghetti squash is really low in calories and contains many nutrients like folic acid, potassium, vitamin A, and beta carotene. It is a perfect substitute for regular spaghetti and pastas if you are want to reduce your carbohydrate intake but still enjoy yummy dishes.
