SPAGHETTI CUPS



INGREDIENTS

6 Slices Bread of choice, crusts cut off and rolled flat with a rolling pin
Leftover Spaghetti Bolognese or
3 Cups Spaghetti
1/3 Cup Tomato Sauce
2 Eggs, whisked
1 Cup Cheese, grated
1/3 Cup Peas
1/3 Cup Corn

LET’S PUT IT ALTOGETHER

  1. Remove the crusts from the bread and roll out flat, place into each hole of a large muffin tray and pat down.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients together.  If using leftover spaghetti bolognese just add the egg and cheese to this.
  3. Divide the spaghetti mixture into each bread case.
  4. Bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes or until firm to touch – egg has set.
