INGREDIENTS
6 Slices Bread of choice, crusts cut off and rolled flat with a rolling pin
Leftover Spaghetti Bolognese or
3 Cups Spaghetti
1/3 Cup Tomato Sauce
2 Eggs, whisked
1 Cup Cheese, grated
1/3 Cup Peas
1/3 Cup Corn
LET’S PUT IT ALTOGETHER
- Remove the crusts from the bread and roll out flat, place into each hole of a large muffin tray and pat down.
- Mix all the above ingredients together. If using leftover spaghetti bolognese just add the egg and cheese to this.
- Divide the spaghetti mixture into each bread case.
- Bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes or until firm to touch – egg has set.
