Sandwich Platter

Platter up this Easter with this beautifully presented sandwich/roll/crackers platter. The hero of this platter is D’Orsogna’s new Flame Roasted Sweet Dijon Mustard Leg Ham available exclusively from the deli counter at your local Woolworths.  This new addition to the D’Orsogna line up is unique as it is real flame roasted texture and taste and deliciously enhanced with oakwood smoke real flame roasted process inspired by American BBQ Pitmasters and then it is infused with Sweet Dijon Mustard for a flavour in every bite.  You can see the flame roasting on the edge of every slice.

I have teamed this up with bread rolls, salami, cheddar cheese and jalapeno cheese slices, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and avocado dip.  Placing this all beautifully on a platter for your guests to explore the fillings and make their own unique sandwich.  I have also re-filled some crackers as a suggestion of what to do and for people that want to grab something without making it.
