Rice Bubble & Sultana Slice

INGREDIENTS

4 Cups Rice Bubbles
1 Cup Coconut
1/2 Cup Sultanas
75g Butter
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Tbs Honey
Roasted sesame seeds or sprinkles for top

LET’S PUT IT ALTOGETHER

1. Combine the first three ingredients in a large bowl.
2. In a small saucepan add the butter, sugar and honey.
3. Bring to the boil for no longer then 3 mins. Until it changes colour and starts to become frothy.
4. Spread into a greased tin and refrigerate for 20 minutes until set.
5. Cut and store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.

      Normal white sugar..

      I just made it with coconut sugar but changed the amounts with the honey. It gave it a yummy toffee taste
