Do you find that you are left with a couple of small squares of puff pastry after making a dish like, sausage rolls, pies etc?
Well before you throw out those leftover pieces why not consider making some mini Nutella Croissants!
Actually, I would buy puff pastry just to make these little crunchy gems with oozing Nutella….yum!!
These are perfect to enjoy after dinner with ice cream or anytime you are feeling like something sweet.
INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry squares, 1 large sheet cut into 4’s
Nutella
Icing sugar for dusting
LET’S PUT IT ALTOGETHER
1. Take one small square of puff pastry, place a dollop of Nutella in the middle and roll from a corner, then turn the ends in to form the shape of a croissant. Place on a lined baking tray.
2. Repeat until you have made the desired amount.
3. Bake in a 200 degree Celcius oven until golden brown and puffed up.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with ice cream, eat on there own, dip in a coffee the list goes on.
Great the next day with a coffee as well.

I hardly ever have Nutella in the house because I can’t control myself. I just eat it out of the jar. I’m not sure it would last long enough for me to make these Amanda! Look delicious though.
