Nacho Cheese Seasoning

Nacho Cheese Seasoning

Homemade Christmas presents are the best kind of presents to give and receive.  I have previously made a Chocolate Mug Cake Mix in a jar to gift with a mug to the boys teachers, an they were a big hit.

This nacho cheese seasoning is super cheap to make and can be jazzed up in a nice jar, $1 from Kmart and a cute tree decoration, also $1 from Kmart.

This can be used as a sprinkle for my Homemade Crackers, sprinkled over grilled chicken, or tossed through freshly popped popcorn.

You could add a label with the ingredients as well as the suggested uses to finish this little gift off nicely.

INGREDIENTS

100gm Shelf Stable Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Tsp Paprika
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Powder

LET’S PUT IT ALL TOGETHER

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into an airtight jar.

Note: this mix needs to be store in the fridge and will last 1 month.  Make sure the gift receiver knows how to store this.
