Microwave Scrambled Eggs in a Mug

In a hurry but still want to enjoy a hot breakfast before you start your day? These herbed microwave scrambled eggs are just what you need. In the time it takes to cook a piece of toast you will have scrambled eggs as well.

INGREDIENTS

1 x 70g Egg
Dash Milk
Sprinkling of your favourite dried herb
Salt and pepper to taste

LET’S PUT IT ALL TOGETHER

1. In a coffee mug crack the egg, add the milk, herbs, salt and pepper. Using a fork give it a good whisk.
2. Place in the microwave and set for high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. You may need to add or subtract from the time depending on the wattage of you microwave.
3. While the egg is cooking, pop your bread into the toaster. They should both be ready at nearly the same time.
4. Give the egg a bit of a mix up in the mug and then spoon onto your toast.

      haha I shouldn’t of put gm I have changed it to 700g as the egg cartons read. 🙂
