INGREDIENTS
2 Wholemeal Lebanese Bread , cut into triangles
2 Tbs Garlic Powder
3 Tbs Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Dip
100gm Feta, cubed
200gm Smooth Ricotta
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Greek Seasoning
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Pepper
LETS PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
1. On a baking tray place the Lebanese Bread . In a small bowl combine the garlic powder and olive oil. Brush over the Lebanese Bread place in a pre heated 200 degree Celsius oven for 5 minutes or until firm and crunchy.
2. In a food processor place all the dip ingredients and process until smooth.
Serve both together and enjoy.
