Ham, Fried Egg and Gruyere Cheese Croissant served with fruit salad and yoghurt. Turn the simple croissant into a special meal by using D’Orsogna Honey Ham off the bone and of course the gruyere cheese which is spot on for special occasions.
INGREDIENTS
Makes 4 | Prep 10 Mins | Cook 10 Mins
4 Slices D’Orsogna Honey Ham Off The Bone
4 Croissants
4 Eggs
4 Slices Gruyere Cheese
1 Tbs Butter
Salt and Pepper
4 Serves Fruit Salad and Greek Yoghurt to serve.
LETS PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
1. Heat the butter in a large frypan and fry the eggs.
2. Heat the croissants in the oven then slice in half. Once the eggs are cooked, place a slice of ham onto the croissant followed by the cooked egg and cheese.
3. Place under the grill until the cheese melts.
Serve with fruit salad and Greek yoghurt for a balanced start to the day.
