Ham Crusted Baked Eggs

Ham Crusted Baked Eggs

Ham and eggs without all the fuss? Try these super easy ham crusted baked eggs.  They are as simple as lining the the holes of a muffin tray with ham, adding a slice of cheese and cracking an egg in and baking in the oven for 20 minutes then tah-dah, baked eggs and ham.

I am using D’Orsogna’s new Flame Roasted Sweet Dijon Mustard Leg Ham available exclusively from the deli counter at your local Woolworths. This new addition to the D’Orsogna line up is unique as it is real flame roasted texture and taste and deliciously enhanced with oakwood smoke real flame roasted process inspired by American BBQ Pitmasters and then it is infused with Sweet Dijon Mustard for a flavour in every bite. You can see the flame roasting on the edge of every slice.

4. Bake in a 160 degree Celsius oven for 20 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked.

Remove from the oven and loosen the outside edges of the ham with a knife.  They will then easily come out.

Serve with toast, tomato and sauces.  I displayed it on a platter that can easily be placed on the table so everyone can help themselves.
