A lot of the food that you make is actually freezer friendly and perfect for stocking up for times when you know that you will be too busy to cook (like having a new baby) or when you know you will be home to late to cook you can simply pull a meal out of the freezer in the morning leave in the fridge to slowly defrost and then reheat in the evening.
