Over the weekend the boys and I have been lucky enough to sample Eskal Foods range of allergen free products. My family doesn’t have any known allergens so I can’t compare these to how other allergen free products taste. I can however compare them to how ordinary wheat, dairy and egg products taste.
And the verdict…..YOU WOULDN’T EVEN KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. If I hadn’t seen the packet and been told that the products I was eating were gluten free and dairy free I would mistake them for everyday items.
Perfect all round treats for your family especially if you have allergens.
You can find the Eskal range of products at Coles, Woolworths and health food stores.
I am however lucky enough to have a pack of these goodies to giveaway to one lucky reader.
This is what the prize pack is made up of:
To win all you have to do is comment below (Include your full name) with what allergens your family suffers from. Like the Eskal Facebook page using the rafflecopter box below to gain your entries.

“Eskal has provided allergy sufferers a long-awaited alternative to the bland allergen-friendly foods of the past. With over 70 per cent of the world’s population suffering intolerance to dairy alone, and the recent acknowledgement of the negative impact of excess sugar in our diets, Eskal allergen-friendly products could not come quickly enough. Exclusive producers of over 70 items free from nuts, dairy, gluten and reduced sugar, Eskal is reaching an untapped market. With a focus on full flavour, Eskal is launching a new snack food range which doesn’t compromise on taste. “I can honestly say that the range is delicious! Eskal Noble Choice Chocolate never lasts long in my pantry- and it’s not just me eating it,” says allergy sufferer Rhiannon Hodgkinson.”

My daughter is lactose intolerant and is allergic to everything it seems except prawns, which she hates. As she gets older she can tolerate more foods. It was very distressing when she was younger and still needs to carry an epi pen. There are alot of foods available now which are gluten, wheat and lactose free, thank god 🙂
My daughter is allergic to peanuts, sigh…The stress of worrying about her anaphylaxis reaction is almost unbearable.

Spicy food doesn’t agree with me and green apples make my son vomit. We are always on the look out for healthy eating options 🙂 (rafflecopter name is Dianne Childs)
My daughter has an epipen for her peanut allergy & I’m recently gluten, dairy & preservative free due to IBS & on the FODMAPS diet. This would be a little something to make it all feel ‘normal’. Hope our supermarket stocks this range 🙂
Our 5 year old is intolerant to ham and bacon…he develops a rash on his legs and cheeks when he eats even a little.
Thanks

My husband has a severe wheat allergy, and at first was told also no egg, dairy, soy, nuts or seafood. The main problem now is wheat, and live has gotten much easier with foods from Eskal
