DINOSAUR SHAPED PASTA TUNA BAKE



INGREDIENTS


1/2 Packet Dinosaur shaped pasta
25gm Butter
1 Tbls Plain Flour
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Grated Cheese
1 Cup Corn Kernels – frozen or canned
1 Medium can tuna flakes
Breadcrumbs

LETS PUT IT ALTOGETHER

  1. Cook dinosaur pasta, while cooking prepare the following
  2. In a saucepan melt the butter, then add the plain flour and cook while continually stirring for about 3 minutes
  3. Gradually add the milk using a whisk, continue stirring
  4. Once it begins to thicken, add the cheese and continue stirring – remove from heat
  5. Add the corn kernels and tuna to the sauce and mix
  6. Finally add the cooked pasta and combine
  7. Place into a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on the top
  8. Bake in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes

    Great dish. I subbed penne for dinosaurs. 3 yo loved it!
