INGREDIENTS
3 ripe, mashed bananas
2 tablespoons light margarine
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1½ cups self-raising flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
2 tablespoons milk
¾ cup grated cooking chocolate
LET’S PUT IT ALTOGETHER
- Preheat a oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl add the butter sugar, and egg and whisk together.
- Add the remaining ingredients and beat well.
- Pour mixture into a greased mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
I love recipes that don’t need the electric mixer so I can make them when the little guy is asleep and this is one of those recipes.
