INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cauliflower cut into chunks
1/2 Broccoli cup into chunks
1 Carrot sliced
1/2 Onion slice finely
1 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
Pepper
- Place vegetables into a baking dish, add chicken stock.
- Season with pepper
- Cover with Aluminium foil and cook in a 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Place crumble top on for the last 5-10 minutes or until browned.
Crumble Top
2 Tbls Butter melted
1/2 Cup Breadcrums
1 Cup cheese
-Combine altogether and place on top for the last 5-10 minutes uncovered.
