Thick and creamy and packed full of antioxidants this is my go to breakfast smoothie that keeps me going well into the morning.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Blueberries, frozen
1/2 Banana, frozen
Small handful Baby Spinach
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
2 Tbs Greek Yoghurt
3 Tbs Rolled Oats
1 Tbs Honey
LETS PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Serves 1-2
